Job: Hotel Manager at Cristabol Services Limited



  • Supervise staff including receptionists, kitchen staff and office workers.
  • Monitor employee performance and perform regular reviews to help improve customer service.
  • Collect payments and keep records of budgets, funds and expenses.
  • Greet and check in guests once they arrive.
  • Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities and policies.
  • Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
  • Create and implement a marketing strategy to promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Coordinate with external parties including vendors, travel agencies and conference organizers.
  • Assess hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
  • Participate in financial activities including setting room rates, establishing budgets and allocating funds to departments.
  • overseas the entire operations and department of a boutique hotel and restaurant.


  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Hospitality Management or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of other languages ā€‹ā€‹is a plus
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision making and problem solving
  • Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Exceptional leadership skills and strong attention to detail.

N50,000 ā€“ N70,000 Monthly.
