Police recently arrested two men for allegedly recording a couple’s private moments in a hotel room and attempting to extort money by threatening to publish the footage. According to the police, the defendant’s modus operandi was to book hotel rooms and set up cameras to film the couples. Sources said the cameras were placed so cleaning staff wouldn’t notice them.
